EPIC-Seq- EPigenetic Expression Inference from Cell-free DNA Sequencing

EPIC-Seq is a targeted sequencing technique for (1) gene expression inference from chromatin fragmentation features in cfDNA, and (2) high-resolution cancer detection and tissue-of-origin classification using inferred gene expression values.
